§ 14-180.101. Definitions.

As used in this division unless otherwise specified:
(1)

District means the Alva Fire Protection and Rescue Service District.

(2)

Board and board of commissioners means the board of commissioners of and for the district.

(3)

Commissioner means a member of the board of commissioners of and for the district.

(4)

County means Lee County.
