§ 22-51. Term of permit.

The permit granted, pursuant to this article, shall be for the period of time requested by the applicant, except that no such license shall be for a period of time longer than one year. Hawkers and peddlers desiring to engage in such occupation after the expiration of a permit, under this article, shall be required to reapply prior to the continuation of such business activities.
